Due to the nature of digital downloads, which cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are generally final. Please review each product description and preview images before purchasing.
When we offer refunds
We will gladly help if: the product file is faulty or corrupted and we cannot fix it, you were charged incorrectly or twice, or the product is materially not as described. In these cases, contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and we will make it right, typically with a corrected file or a refund.
