This is the pixquo free printables library: a growing collection of planner pages, budget templates, habit trackers, meal planners, cleaning checklists and kids worksheets, all drawn in the same clean, ink-friendly style and all supplied in both A4 and US Letter. Everything here is designed to be printed at home on an ordinary printer, punched into a binder, and actually used — not admired once and forgotten in a downloads folder.
The library is organised into six categories. Each category page lists every sheet in that set, explains exactly what is printed on it, and tells you which pack it belongs to. Across the six categories there are currently 121 individual printable pages catalogued, and the list grows every month as new packs ship.
Straight talk about the downloads. All 121 printables listed across these six categories are finished and downloadable right now — 242 PDF files in total, because every sheet is drawn twice, once for US Letter and once for A4. There is no email gate, no sign-up and no waiting list: open a category page and the download links sit next to each item. These are complete, usable pages rather than crippled samples. The paid packs go further — covers, dividers, extra layouts and the spreadsheet versions that a single printed sheet cannot do — but nothing here is held back to push you towards them.
The six free printable categories
Start with the category that matches the problem you are trying to solve today. Every category page links back here and across to its siblings, so you can move sideways when one sheet solves half a problem and you need the other half.

The money set: monthly and paycheck budget worksheets, a 50/30/20 planner, a zero-based budget sheet, weekly expense trackers, a bill payment checklist, cash envelope trackers, sinking funds, savings goal thermometers, debt snowball and avalanche payoff sheets, a no-spend challenge calendar and a year-end money review. If you have never budgeted before, the monthly overview plus the weekly expense tracker is the whole starting kit.

4. Free printable meal planners and grocery lists (16 sheets)
The kitchen set: weekly meal planners, a combined meal planner and grocery list, monthly meal calendars, a two-week rotating menu, grocery lists sorted by aisle and by category, pantry and freezer inventory sheets, half-page recipe cards, a meal-prep Sunday checklist, a batch cooking planner and a grocery price book for tracking what things actually cost where you shop.
5. Free printable cleaning checklists and home schedules (20 sheets)
The house set: daily, weekly and monthly cleaning routines, a seasonal deep-clean checklist, room-by-room deep clean sheets for kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room, a laundry routine sheet, a four-week zone cleaning planner, chore charts for kids, a family chore rota, a move-in and move-out checklist, a decluttering progress tracker and a home maintenance calendar.
6. Free printable kids worksheets (22 sheets)
The early-learning set: number tracing 1–20, counting and ten-frame practice, addition and subtraction within 10, shape recognition, uppercase and lowercase alphabet tracing, beginning sounds, CVC word building, Pre-K and Kindergarten sight word lists, rhyming matches, handwriting and cursive practice, telling time to the hour and half-hour, coin recognition and cut-and-paste sequencing. Built for Pre-K through roughly Grade 2, no prep required.
Why paper still beats an app for this
Nobody needs another productivity app. The reason printables keep working, decade after decade, is that paper removes three specific frictions that software adds back in every time.
- It is always visible. A budget sheet taped inside a cupboard door gets seen forty times a week. An app gets opened when you remember it exists, which after three weeks is roughly never.
- It cannot notify you into ignoring it. Every alert you dismiss trains you to dismiss the next one. A page does not nag, so you never build the reflex of tuning it out.
- Writing forces a decision. Typing a task into a list is nearly free, which is why digital to-do lists grow to two hundred items. Writing three lines by hand costs enough effort that you choose what actually matters.
- It does not change under you. No redesign, no new subscription tier, no feature you relied on being removed in an update. A printed page works identically in five years.
The sensible split most people land on: shared calendars and reminders stay digital, because those involve other humans and specific times. Everything that involves your own attention — the day’s priorities, the week’s meals, the month’s money, the habit you are trying to build — works better on paper. That is exactly the boundary this library is drawn around.
A4 or US Letter? Pick the right size before you print
Every pixquo printable is drawn twice: once for US Letter (8.5 x 11 in, the standard across the United States and Canada) and once for A4 (210 x 297 mm, the standard across the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and most of Asia). They are not the same shape. A4 is narrower and taller, so a Letter file printed on A4 paper without scaling will clip along the right edge, and an A4 file printed on Letter leaves an odd gap at the bottom.
- In the US or Canada — choose the US Letter file and print at 100% (Actual Size).
- Everywhere else — choose the A4 file and print at 100% (Actual Size).
- Wrong file, right paper? Tick “Fit to printable area” or “Shrink oversized pages” and you will lose a few millimetres of margin but keep every line and box intact.
- Binder users — all pages carry a wider left margin so a three-hole punch or ring binder never eats a column.
If you are shopping from outside the US, the printables and planners by country hub shows which paper size, currency and date format each regional edition uses, so you can go straight to the version that matches your printer.
How to print these at home so they actually look good
Printables live or die on three settings. Get these right once, save them as a preset, and every sheet you print for the rest of the year comes out clean.
- Scale: 100% / Actual Size. Never “Fit to page” unless you are deliberately shrinking a Letter file onto A4. Fit-to-page silently resizes your grid lines and ruins the alignment on time-blocked layouts.
- Paper: 90–120 gsm (24–32 lb). Standard 80 gsm copy paper works, but anything you will write on daily — habit trackers, budget sheets — feels far better at 100 gsm and stops ink bleeding through to the next page.
- Colour: greyscale for daily use. Our layouts are designed to stay readable in black and white, so you can burn through a month of trackers without touching a colour cartridge. Print the covers and dividers in colour; print the working pages in grey.
- Duplex only where it makes sense. Weekly spreads and monthly calendars are built as facing pages, so double-sided printing works. Trackers you want to pin to a fridge should stay single-sided.
- Laminate the repeaters. Cleaning rotations, chore charts and meal boards get reused every week — laminate once and write on them with a dry-erase marker instead of reprinting.
No printer at home? Every file is a standard PDF, so a print shop, a library or an office copier will handle it. You can also drop the PDFs into GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf or Xodo and write on them with a stylus — the ADHD Daily Planner Bundle ships with a dedicated GoodNotes-ready version for exactly that.
Unlock the complete pack
The free sheets are single pages. The paid packs are the complete systems those pages were cut from — every layout in the set, both paper sizes, covers and dividers included, and in several cases a digital-planner version for tablet use. Four packs cover the majority of what people come here looking for:
- ADHD Daily Planner Bundle — 14+ pages built for low-friction days: one-page daily layouts, brain dump, task triage, routine anchors and a body-doubling checklist. Ships printable in A4 and US Letter plus a GoodNotes-ready version.
- Annual Budget & Paycheck Planner Spreadsheet — the calculating version of the budget printables. Excel and Google Sheets, per-paycheck budgeting, debt snowball engine and sinking funds that total themselves.
- Ultimate Printable Planner Bundle — every printable planner on the site for one price: daily, weekly, monthly, goals, fitness, meals, budget, student, wedding and more.
- Home Management Binder — 14 pages that turn the household into one binder: bills, budget, meal plan, cleaning rota, contacts and emergency info.
Every pack is an instant download. You get the full page set in both A4 and US Letter, printable as many times as you like for your own household, classroom or client work.

Frequently asked questions
Are these printables really free?
The individual sheets listed across the six category pages are free to download as they are released, with no signup wall on the file itself. What costs money is the complete pack — the full set of matching pages, both paper sizes, covers and dividers, in one instant download. That is the honest trade: free pages earn your trust, the packs pay for the design work.
What format are the files?
Standard PDF. Every printable is supplied as a print-ready PDF in two versions, A4 and US Letter. PDFs open on any device without extra software and print identically from Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Chromebooks and library printers. Spreadsheet products such as the Annual Budget & Paycheck Planner are supplied as Excel files plus a Google Sheets copy link instead.
Can I use these on an iPad or tablet instead of printing?
Yes. Import the PDF into GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Xodo or any annotation app and write on it with a stylus. Because the pages are undated, you can duplicate a page as many times as you need instead of reprinting. The ADHD Daily Planner Bundle includes a version prepared specifically for GoodNotes with hyperlinked navigation.
Are the planner pages dated or undated?
Undated. Every daily, weekly and monthly layout leaves the date fields blank so you can start on any day of any year and reprint the same page forever. It also means a pack bought today does not expire in January. The only dated pages anywhere in the library are seasonal checklists, and those are labelled by season rather than by year.
Can I use these printables in my classroom or with clients?
Personal, family and single-classroom use is fine — print as many copies as you need for your own students or your own household. What is not permitted is reselling, redistributing the PDF files, or bundling them into a product of your own. If you need a licence for a wider team, school district or client-facing use, ask before you print.
Which pack should I start with?
If your problem is money, start with the Annual Budget & Paycheck Planner Spreadsheet. If it is time and focus, start with the ADHD Daily Planner Bundle even if you do not have ADHD — the layouts are simply lower-friction than a standard planner. If it is the household, start with the Home Management Binder. If you want the lot, the Ultimate Printable Planner Bundle is the cheapest route per page.
