Description

One planner, instead of five

Most people end up running their year across a pile of separate books: a diary for the calendar, a notebook for goals, a budget printable saved somewhere on a laptop, a meal planner stuck to the fridge, and a habit tracker that lasted three weeks in February. Nothing talks to anything else, and by March the system has quietly fallen apart.

The 2026 Ultimate Life Planner is built to replace all of it with one set of 60 print-ready pages. Your year, your twelve dated 2026 months, your weeks, your days, your money, your home, your health and your notes all live in the same binder, in the same design language, feeding the same weekly and monthly review. It is a full-year system rather than a single worksheet, and because it is dated for 2026, it is designed to be reprinted fresh each year.

What’s inside, page by page

Getting started (pages 1-2). A designed cover, a welcome page with full printing instructions for both paper sizes plus your personal-use licence terms, and a how-to-use page that walks you through the five layers of the system and how they connect.

Your year (pages 3-7). A 2026 year-at-a-glance page with all twelve months laid out with real, correct dates so you can map holidays, trips and deadlines in one sitting. Then a year vision page with space for your word of the year, an annual goals page with room for twelve goals plus the three that matter most, a 90-day action plan that breaks one goal into thirty-day milestones, and a quarterly review to run four times a year.

Twelve dated 2026 months (pages 8-19). January through December, each on its own full-page calendar spread with genuine 2026 dates, Monday-start weeks, shaded weekends, and a focus, must-not-miss and notes strip along the bottom. No undated blanks to fill in by hand.

Monthly rhythm (pages 20-21). A monthly goals and focus page to fill in on the first of the month, with goals broken down by area and space for the habits you are building and the things you are saying no to. Then a monthly review to close the month out honestly before you turn the page.

Weeks and days (pages 22-29). A weekly overview with all seven days plus a notes panel, a weekly priorities page with a full Monday-to-Sunday time-block grid, and a weekly review. For daily use there is an hourly daily planner running 6am to 9pm with a top-three, to-do and water panel beside it, and a simpler daily top-three page for lighter days. Backing those up: a master to-do list, a project planner for anything longer than an afternoon, and a brain dump page with a dot-grid space and four sorting boxes.

Money (pages 30-38). A nine-part budgeting kit: monthly budget with planned-versus-actual columns and a running summary, income tracker, expense log, a twelve-month bill payment tracker on a single page, debt payoff tracker with progress bars, savings goal tracker with a fifty-block fill-in chart, subscription audit, net worth tracker, and a 31-day no-spend challenge grid.

Health and habits (pages 39-46). A 31-day habit tracker with room for eighteen habits, a combined water and sleep log, a weekly meal planner, a category-sorted grocery list, a workout log with a strength-set table, a measurements and progress page that also tracks non-scale wins, a self-care checklist, and a mood and energy tracker you shade in daily.

Home (pages 47-50). A weekly cleaning schedule with daily basics, a seasonal home reset covering six areas of the house, a home maintenance log with next-due dates, and a shopping and errands page.

People and life (pages 51-58). Important dates and birthdays laid out by month, a gift planner that spreads gift-buying across the year, a travel planner with bookings and a day-by-day itinerary, a packing list, lined notes, dot grid, a contacts and key numbers page for when your phone is flat, and a reading and media list.

Closing (page 59). A 2026 year in review to fill in slowly in December, ending with your word for next year.

Who this is for

This is for anyone who wants one place for everything rather than five apps and three notebooks. It suits people running a household alongside work, anyone rebuilding their routine after a busy stretch, students and freelancers who need money and schedule in the same book, and planner lovers who like a system they can print at home and adapt. If you already know you prefer paper for thinking and screens for doing, this is built for you.

How to use it

Start with the year pages and map what you already know. Print the twelve month calendars and add fixed dates. Then work in a rhythm: monthly goals on the first, weekly plan on Sunday or Monday, daily page each morning, weekly review on Friday, monthly review at month end. The money, home and health sections slot into the same reviews rather than becoming extra work. Print only the pages you use, and reprint the daily, weekly and habit pages as often as you need.

Formats and files

Your download includes two complete bundle PDFs – one laid out for US Letter (8.5 x 11 in) and one for A4 (210 x 297 mm) – so nothing is cropped or scaled awkwardly whichever size you print. You also get every page as its own separate PDF in both sizes, so you can print page 25 twenty times without touching the rest of the book. Set your printer to Fit to Page or 100% scale, turn borderless printing off, and print portrait. Heavier paper around 120-160 gsm stops pen bleed-through, and slipping the daily or habit pages into a clear sleeve lets you reuse them with a dry-erase marker.

Frequently asked questions

Is this planner actually dated for 2026?

Yes. The twelve monthly calendar pages and the year-at-a-glance page use real 2026 dates, Monday-start, with correct month lengths. The weekly, daily and tracker pages are left undated on purpose so you can print and reuse them any week of the year.

Do I have to print all 60 pages?

No. Every page is supplied individually as well as in the bundles. Many people print the year and month sections once, then print a stack of the weekly, daily and tracker pages as they go.

Will it print correctly on A4?

Yes – there is a separate A4 bundle laid out at 210 x 297 mm rather than a scaled Letter file, so margins and grids stay correct. Use the Letter bundle for 8.5 x 11 in paper.

Can I use this on a tablet instead of printing it?

The files are standard PDFs, so they will open in most annotation apps for handwriting with a stylus. They are designed and optimised for print, so you may prefer the printed version for the denser tracker grids.

Is this a physical product?

No. This is an instant digital download – no physical item is shipped and nothing arrives in the post. Your files are available to download as soon as your order is complete.

What am I allowed to do with the files?

This is a personal-use licence. Print as many copies as you like for yourself and your own household, forever. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files, sell printed copies, upload them anywhere, or use the pages or artwork in another product. The full licence is printed on page 1 of the planner.

Instant digital download. Colours may vary slightly depending on your printer, ink and paper. Because this is a digital file, it is not returnable once downloaded – please check the printing notes above before purchasing.
