Description

One purchase instead of fourteen separate ones

Most people don’t buy a planner once. They buy one for work, then a few months later they buy another one because a wedding turned up, and then a third because the baby arrived and the first two were never designed for feeding logs. Each one costs eight, ten, thirteen dollars. Individually that feels trivial. Added up across a couple of years of life admin, it isn’t.

The alternative most people try is a subscription app — a monthly fee for a system that lives on a screen, that you stop paying for eventually, and that takes your data with it when you cancel. Some people thrive in those apps. Plenty of people don’t, and go back to paper because paper doesn’t send notifications, doesn’t need a login, and doesn’t disappear when a billing card expires.

The Planner Everything Bundle is the third option: buy the whole printable library once, at one price, and pull out whichever planner your life actually needs this month. When the wedding happens, the wedding binder is already in your downloads folder. When the school year starts, the homeschool and student planners are already there. Nothing renews. Nothing expires at year end where the planner is undated. You paid once.

Who this is for: people who plan on paper and use more than one area of their life; parents running a household plus a business plus a school schedule; freelancers and small agencies who want both personal planners and client-facing Notion systems in one go; and anyone who has already bought two or three individual planners from this shop and worked out that the bundle costs less than continuing one at a time.

Who this is not for: someone who wants exactly one planner. That case is covered honestly further down in the FAQ — the short version is that you should buy the single product instead, and there’s a link to do it.

Everything included

An honest note about the file count first. This bundle delivers 50 files — 32 PDFs, 14 ZIPs and 4 XLSX spreadsheets. That number is not the number of different planners. A large share of those 50 files are repeated variants of the Daily Planner Bundle — the same core kit appearing more than once across the attachment list. So the count of distinct planners is meaningfully lower than the raw file count, and the list below is the honest one: every distinct title in the bundle, grouped by what it’s for. If a product isn’t named below, it isn’t in here.

Daily & productivity

Focus & wellbeing

Please read this plainly: the ADHD planners and the wellness journal are organisational and reflective tools — structure for your day, prompts for your week. They are not treatment, not therapy, and not a diagnostic instrument, and nothing in this bundle should be used in place of professional advice from a clinician. Buy them for the structure, not for a medical outcome.

What it costs versus buying the pieces

Here is the arithmetic, done conservatively and shown in full so you can check it.

Set the ADHD Planner Printable aside entirely — don’t count it, don’t let it inflate the number. The other 22 identified items in this bundle come to $228.39 at their current individual listed prices. This bundle is $59.00, against a regular price of $199.00.

That’s a saving of $169.39 on the components — roughly 74% off buying them one at a time. And the ADHD Planner Printable is included on top of that, not counted in the $228.39.

We’re deliberately not stacking the ADHD planner’s own $169 listing onto that figure to produce a bigger, shinier headline number. The $228.39 is the honest comparison: real products, at the prices they’re actually listed at today, that you’d otherwise add to your cart individually. You can verify every one of them by clicking the links above.

Put another way: four or five of the individual planners above already cost more than the whole bundle. If your life touches more than four of these categories — and most people’s do over a couple of years — the maths stops being close.

Which group suits which person

If you’re running a household. The Home Management Binder plus the Meal Plan Reset Kit plus the Daily Planner Bundle covers the recurring stuff: bills that need a date, dinners that need deciding, and a weekly page to hold it all. Add the Fitness & Meal Prep Planner if the food side is doubling as a health goal. Add the Baby Newborn Planner if there’s a newborn, because tracking feeds at 3am on paper beats unlocking a phone one-handed.

If you’re studying or teaching. Students get the Student Planner for assignment and term structure. Teachers get the Lesson & Class Planner for the week-by-week teaching load. Homeschooling parents realistically need both plus the Homeschool Year Planner — one for the school-shaped work, one for the household it’s happening inside. That combination alone is $30.11 individually.

If you’re planning a wedding. You get both halves: the printed 40-page binder for the pages you want physically in front of you and in front of vendors, and the budget spreadsheet for the numbers, guest list and seating plan that need to recalculate every time someone’s plus-one changes. Those two together are $25.98 individually — nearly half the bundle price for one event.

If you run a business or agency. The Notion group is the part most planner bundles don’t have. Agency owners get a content calendar for client work, a finance tracker for the agency, and a maintenance retainer tracker if you look after client WordPress sites. Founders get the Startup Finance Tracker for burn and runway; SaaS operators get their own version. Writers and consultants each get a content planner shaped for how they publish. Those seven Notion templates come to $83.39 on their own.

If you want the focus and wellbeing pages. The two ADHD planners and the Self-Care & Mental Wellness Journal are the ones people tend to come back to daily. Structure on paper, one page at a time. Again — organisational tools, not treatment.

Your first week

The single biggest mistake with a bundle this size is trying to consume all of it. Don’t. Fifty files is a library, not a to-do list, and printing everything is how a bundle turns into a stack of paper nobody opens.

Here’s a realistic first week.

  • Day one — download and skim, don’t print. Unzip everything into one folder on your computer. Open the PDFs, click through them, and pick two. Two. One daily driver — most people choose the Daily Planner Bundle or one of the ADHD planners — and one that matches whatever is loudest in your life right now: the wedding, the newborn, the term ahead, the household budget.
  • Day two — print only those two. A week or a fortnight’s worth of pages, not the whole file. Home printer is fine. Put them in a cheap binder or clip them together.
  • Days three to six — actually use them. Write on them badly. Skip a day. The point of week one is finding out whether the layout suits how your brain works, and you only learn that by filling pages in, not by admiring them.
  • Day seven — review and swap. If a layout didn’t fit, print a different one. That’s the advantage of owning a library: swapping costs nothing. If it did fit, print the next fortnight and leave everything else untouched until you need it.
  • Notion, later. Leave the .zip files alone in week one unless the business side is your reason for buying. Import one template — just one — when you have a clear hour, not on the same day as everything else.

The rest of the bundle sits in your folder until the day it’s relevant. That’s the whole design: the wedding binder is worthless in March and invaluable the day someone proposes. If you want more on building the routine around the pages, the Atomic Routines habits guide and the Productivity Reset are separate reads that pair well with the planners here.

Formats and compatibility

This bundle is deliberately mixed-format, because the products in it are. Know what you’re getting.

  • Printable PDFs (32 files). These open in any PDF reader on any device — Adobe Reader, Preview, your browser, your phone. Print them at home or hand the file to a print shop.
  • Notion templates as .zip (14 files). You download the .zip, unzip it, and import the contents into Notion. A free Notion account is enough — you don’t need a paid plan to import and use them.
  • Spreadsheets as .xlsx (4 files). These open in Microsoft Excel, or upload straight to Google Sheets.
  • Sizing varies by planner, and the title tells you which. Several titles state US Letter. Some state US Letter and A4 — the Wedding Planning Binder and the Self-Care & Mental Wellness Journal both say so. The 14+ Page ADHD Daily Planner Bundle is the one that explicitly states Printable + GoodNotes in A4 and US Letter. Where a title doesn’t state a size, don’t assume — check the individual product page linked above. We’re not going to claim A4 or GoodNotes support across the whole pack when only some titles state it.
  • Tablet use. The GoodNotes-ready ADHD planner can be imported into GoodNotes or a Notability-style annotation app. Other PDFs will open on a tablet as PDFs, but only that one title is described as GoodNotes-ready.
  • Undated where the title says undated. The Daily Planner Bundle, the Wedding Planning Binder and the Homeschool Year Planner are undated, which means they don’t expire at year end — print them in any month of any year.
  • Delivery is instant. Files are available for download straight after purchase. Nothing ships, nothing arrives in the post.

Frequently asked questions

Is this worth it if I only want one or two planners?

Honestly — no. If what you actually want is the Travel Planner at $8.05, or the Student Planner at $8.05, buy that single product. Spending $59.00 to get one $8 planner is a bad trade and we’re not going to pretend otherwise. Every component is linked above at its own price, and the full range is on the printable planners category page and in the shop. The bundle only makes sense once you’d genuinely use four or more of the items — at that point you’re past the $59.00 and the rest comes free.

Do I get future additions to the bundle for free?

No. You get the files attached to this product at the time you buy. If new planners are added to the catalogue later, they are not automatically pushed out to people who already ordered, and this listing does not promise lifetime updates. Buy it for what’s listed above, not for what might be added later.

What’s the refund position on a large digital purchase?

Digital files can’t be returned once they’ve been downloaded, so refunds aren’t automatic here — that’s the reality of instant-download products, and it’s why the full contents are listed above before you buy rather than after. If a file is corrupt, won’t open, or isn’t what this page describes, contact the store and we’ll put it right. We’re not going to quote you a specific day-count window on this page; message us with your order and the specific file and we’ll deal with it directly.

Can I print these at home?

Yes. They’re standard PDFs and a normal home printer handles them. Print single pages, print a week at a time, print double-sided if your printer does it. If you want heavier paper or spiral binding, take the PDF to a local print shop — you own the file, so you can print it as many times as you need for your own use.

Are they A4 or US Letter?

It varies by planner, and the product title tells you which. Several are US Letter. Some are US Letter and A4 — the Wedding Planning Binder and the Self-Care & Mental Wellness Journal state both. The 14+ Page ADHD Daily Planner Bundle states A4 and US Letter plus GoodNotes. For any title that doesn’t state a size, open its product page from the links above. If you’re on A4 paper and a file is US Letter, most printer dialogs will scale it to fit — the result is slightly smaller margins, not a broken page.

Are these undated and reusable?

The ones whose titles say undated are undated — the Daily Planner Bundle, the Wedding Planning Binder and the Homeschool Year Planner. Undated means no printed dates, so nothing expires in December and you can start whenever. Reusable in the sense that matters: you own the PDF permanently and can reprint pages as often as you like for yourself.

Do I need Notion, and do I need to pay for it?

You need Notion only for the seven Notion templates — the .zip files. A free Notion account is enough to unzip and import them; you don’t need a paid plan. If you never open Notion, the 32 printable PDFs and 4 spreadsheets still work entirely on their own, and you simply ignore the .zip files. If you do use Notion, the whole business set is browsable on the Notion templates category page.

Can I print more than one copy for my family?

Yes — printing multiple copies for your own household is exactly what these are for. Print the meal planner for the fridge and a second copy for your partner; print the homeschool planner once per child. This is a personal-use licence, so it covers you and your family, not reselling the files, redistributing them, or sharing the download with people outside your household.

What happens right after I pay?

You get instant access to the download. Save all 50 files into one folder before you start opening things — it makes the first-week plan above far easier to follow, and it means the wedding binder is findable in two years when you suddenly need it.

The short version

Twenty-three distinct planners, journals, Notion systems, spreadsheets and a prompt pack, in one download, for $59.00 against a $199.00 regular price — where 22 of those items alone list at $228.39 individually. Mixed formats: PDFs you print, .zip files you import into Notion, .xlsx files you open in Excel or Google Sheets. Fifty files total, with the honest caveat that several are repeat variants of the Daily Planner Bundle rather than fifty different products.

Nothing recurring, nothing expiring where the title says undated, and nothing you have to use all at once. Browse the components individually via the printable planners and Notion templates categories, or across the whole shop — then decide whether four of them cost you more than all of them.
